Swimming Pool Resurfacing & Relining Service
If your swimming pool is looking tired, has surface cracks, or is leaking, it might be time to consider pool resurfacing or relining. Technically it is the same thing but it depends on what people know it to be called :)
These essential maintenance services restore your pool’s durability and appearance, improving its safety and overall lifespan. Whether you have a fibreglass, marbelite, or concrete pool, there are options available to bring it back to life.
Swimming Pool Resurfacing
Pool resurfacing is the process of removing the old, damaged surface of a pool and applying a new layer of material. This is typically done when the pool has visible wear such as peeling, chipping, or staining. Common resurfacing options include marbelite, fibreglass linings, and epoxy coatings. The choice of resurfacing material depends on your pool type, budget, and desired finish. Resurfacing not only enhances the appearance of your pool but also addresses minor structural issues and prevents further water loss.
Swimming Pool Relining
Pool relining is a method used to create a new watertight layer inside an existing pool structure. It is often recommended when a pool is leaking or the original surface is beyond repair. Options include flexible PVC liners custom-fitted to your pool or reinforced fibreglass linings. These materials offer a smooth, durable finish and can be installed relatively quickly with minimal structural changes. Pool relining is a great option for older pools or where a non-invasive, cost-effective solution is preferred.
